The first Website I was involved in was Onlinehelp - at the time Internet Service Providers were charging lots of money per minute to phone up their technical support line to ask for help, and I thought that was unfair. Cue Onlinehelp, with a view to assisting people set up their email, set up their modems etc. It's not updated any more (not enough time), so it's more a reflection on how things used to be before broadband, Smartphones and iPads!
